Six capabilities, one integrated flow
From die design to finished component — our capabilities are sequenced and controlled so every part moves through production without leaving the facility.

Precision aluminium and zinc casting
Our high-pressure die casting capability produces near-net-shape components with excellent surface finish, fine detail and consistent wall thickness. Process parameters — injection pressure, velocity, melt temperature and cycle time — are monitored and recorded for every run.
- Aluminium and zinc alloy casting
- Thin-wall and complex geometry capability
- Controlled cycle parameters for repeatability
- Cavity pressure monitoring and traceability

Multi-axis precision and secondary operations
Castings are machined on 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC centres to hold tight tolerances on critical features — bores, mating faces, threads and locating surfaces. We also machine from bar stock for lower-volume precision parts.
- 3-, 4- and 5-axis milling and turning
- Tight tolerance boring and threading
- Prototype and production volumes
- In-process dimensional verification

Die design, development and maintenance
Dies are designed, manufactured and maintained in-house — giving us full control over tooling quality, lead time and life. Our tool room produces dies optimised for cycle time, thermal balance and part quality, and maintains them on a planned schedule to minimise downtime.
- Complete die design and manufacture
- Thermal simulation and flow analysis
- Sampling and first-article approval
- Planned preventive maintenance

Finishing and surface treatment
After machining, components are finished to meet appearance, corrosion and function requirements. We offer vibratory deburring, shot blasting, anodising, plating and powder coating — all managed through vetted partners with incoming inspection on return.
- Vibratory deburring and tumbling
- Shot blasting and peening
- Anodising, plating and chromating
- Powder coating and wet painting

Component assembly and integration
For customers who want a ready-to-fit part, we provide sub-assembly — pressing in inserts, installing fasteners, joining mating components and performing functional checks before packing. This reduces your incoming work and assembly cost.
- Insert pressing and fastener installation
- Sub-assembly of mating components
- Functional testing on assemblies
- Custom packing and labelling
