Inside the Vertex Diecast facility
A purpose-built manufacturing layout that moves components from casting to finishing to inspection in a controlled, efficient flow.

Select an area to see the equipment and capability it houses. All figures are indicative and structured as placeholders for real production data.

High-pressure die casting machines
Our die casting bay houses machines across a range of tonnages, allowing us to match locking force to part size and complexity. Melting is centralised with controlled alloy handling.

Multi-axis machining centres
A dedicated machining line of vertical and horizontal machining centres, with 4- and 5-axis capability for complex features and tight tolerance bores.

Die design, build and maintenance
The tool room is the engineering heart of the facility — where dies are designed, manufactured, sampled and maintained on a planned schedule.

Inspection and measurement
A dedicated quality lab equipped with coordinate measurement, surface roughness testing, and dimensional verification instruments for first-article and routine inspection.

Sub-assembly and integration
A clean, organised assembly area for sub-assembly of finished components — insert pressing, fastener installation and functional checks before packing.

Finishing and coating
In-house vibratory deburring and shot blasting, with managed partners for anodising, plating and powder coating — all with incoming inspection on return.
